The Mean RN

Welcome. I'm blogging to share, to vent and to hear your comments. I've blogged openly in the past and have been propelled (by other hypocritic RN's) into being completely anonymous.

The hypocrites, RN's who do not approve of my lifestyle, do not like the way I treat them now- and the way I write. Screw them. What I've learned now is never trust those nurses, treat them equally and don't put up with the shit. (whoops? Did I take a stand? oh my!) I finally took charge and stopped being a doorstop, only to realize they do their best to screw with me in order to make me quit. And I'm a good RN. I'm experienced and have been at this a very long time. Good luck getting me out girls, kiss my ass. Same with my friends at work, the ones that made it through the "hazing". You go girls (and men). Keep it up and don't let the bitches get under your skin anymore.

I work trauma. I've worked several critical care areas, recovery and odds and ends. I was reading a post earlier about Kaiser and methodist (Sacramento) fighting over trauma designation. Methodist is a place of several travelers, registry and lazy nurse assistant staff.
I can say this as I've been on assignment there and actually left my contract. This is how bad it was, (and still is) and I'm pretty glad about them losing the trauma designation.

I am glad Kaiser got the go ahead for a level two. They treat nursing staff better, pay better and have the cash flow to handle the trauma. Good for you kaiser.

Methodist lost their accreditation? I'm not surprised.
Just my humble opinions, I'll blog more later.
